You price by the hour.. how does that work?Most cleaning companies, you have to fill out pages of detail. How many bedroom/bath? How big is the kitchen? Do you want your oven cleaned? Do you want the shades dusted? Ceiling fans? Pets? The list goes on.. and on. (Oh, and all that will be an extra $10-$20 each) We don't agree with that, whatsoever. How many hours of help do you need? We come over with everything we could ever need to deep clean a home head to toe. Then we clean for the amount of time you've booked. You can and absolutely should direct us as to what you'd like done. But, if you don't, we are going to spend our time on tasks that make the most difference to your home. We are professionals, after all. It's more convenient. It's typically a better rate. It's less of a hassle for everyone.

Can I just request my whole home to be cleaned, regardless of time?Absolutely! While we primarily operate under an hourly model, we are happy to price by the job if you request. We actually will just make an estimate on time spent, and that is what you'd be billed. Some want their whole home "touched up". Some want their whole home cleaned. Some want their whole home deep cleaned head to toe. We'd take this into consideration, along with the general size of the job, and make time estimates based on that!

What if I book 4 hours, and it takes more or less time? Can I get money back or pay more for extra time?Absolutely! We make our best estimate at how long we think a job will take. If after 3 hours during a 4 hour job, the cleaner is unsure of what to do because the place is sparkling, and you are 100% satisfied, you are welcome to send the cleaner home and be refunded the last hour! Alternatively, if at the end of a 3-hour clean, it's clear the job was a little bigger than we anticipated, if you'd like the cleaner to stay later, and they have the time, that is totally fine! We are more than willing to be flexible with all types of situations.

What does availability look like? The bottom of your page just says "whenever someone is available"?All of our cleaners are professionals! In order to be able to take bookings with only 24 hours notice, it's not always feasible to be able to request a certain person. What if I am not happy with job done?Our cleaners will ALWAYS ask at the end of a job, "How does everything look? Is there anything else you'd like me to do?" so as to ensure you are satisfied! That being said, there are jobs where the client is not home, or too busy to ask. In this case, please message Noah at (832) 779-3540 immediately if you are unhappy with the job we've done. We will have someone over to complete the job fully as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.

Cancellation Policy
We require at least a 48-hour warning to cancel for full refund but, if something comes up after the fact, let us know and we will work to reschedule your cleaning for a time that works for you!
